1 Check-in & Check-out Protocol
Standard check-in time commences at 2:00 PM and check-out is scheduled until 12:00 PM (Noon). Requests for early arrivals or late departures remain strictly subject to suite availability and may attract additional tariff charges.
2 Mandatory Government Identification
In strict compliance with statutory regulations of Madhya Pradesh, all adult guests (Indian and foreign nationals) must produce valid government-approved original photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) during physical registration.
3 Reservation & Tariff Guarantee
All room booking leads initiated via phone or WhatsApp require formal confirmation and an advance deposit to secure guaranteed blocking. Published rates are subject to applicable GST and local hotel luxury taxes.
4 Restaurant & Banquet Reservations
Tables reserved at Kebabsville, Cravings, Mediterra, or banquet halls are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time during peak dining hours. Grand banquet bookings are governed by separate venue hiring contracts.
5 Guest Conduct & Property Damage
Guests are expected to observe decorum suitable for a luxury hotel. Any deliberate damage, destruction of hotel decor, fixtures, or upholstery caused by occupants will be billed directly to the guest’s master ledger before checkout.
6 Safety, Valuables & Pool Usage
Guests must store jewelry and high-value cash items in their complimentary in-room digital safety boxes. Sayaji Hotel Indore assumes no liability for unescorted belongings left in public lounges. Pool regulations and appropriate swimwear are mandatory at Azure Pool.
7 Jurisdiction & Disputes
Any disputes, legal claims, or controversies arising out of reservations, stay privileges, or services rendered by Sayaji Hotel Indore shall be governed under Indian laws and will be subject exclusively to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
